Marloes Ten Bohmer has created
an intriguing abstraction
on the form of feminine footwear,
elevating the dialogue well
beyond pedestrian realms.
Using at times a single piece of folder leather
to actualize a fully functional shoe. As well as,
implementing her own leather mache technique
forgoing an upper shoe pattern all together.
A true amalgamation of fashion and art...
brilliant
To explore her process further
